Financial Analyst

Stellantis offers an onsite Financial Analyst role in Auburn Hills, MI, designed for analysts who want to influence budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning across Corporate, Industrial, or Commercial Finance. You will work with analytical models, insightful reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, with a clear path to leadership within one of the industry’s largest OEMs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in income statement budgeting, forecasting, and actuals reporting across business units
• Manage cash flow budgeting, forecasting, and actuals reporting activities
• Conduct project analysis and contribute to controlling activities
• Perform accounting tasks including analyzing and documenting transactions, recording journal entries, preparing reconciliations, and conducting variance analysis
• Establish and maintain internal control procedures to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley
• Drive process improvements across finance, accounting, and operational areas with support from emerging technologies
• Develop business cases and proposals to support strategic initiatives
• Support cost controlling management activities
• Collaborate with Finance and Operational teams at multiple levels within the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
