Job Description
The Financial Analyst in FP&A at Kindeva Drug Delivery, based in Woodbury, MN (hybrid), supports global reporting, budgeting, and performance insights across SG&A and Manufacturing, partnering with executives to enable accurate forecasting and actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Deliver FP&A support to global executive leadership, guiding project prioritization, headcount allocation, and budget management.
- Develop reporting using existing tools and implement new reporting technology with improved automation.
- Design, implement, and maintain performance management tools.
- Provide insight and manage global SG&A allocations.
- Support corporate initiatives to enhance FP&A capabilities.
- Prepare reporting packages for internal and external users.
- Present results, influence business decisions, and collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
- Identify and research variances to forecast, plan, and prior-year expenses; proactively propose opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with leaders to develop business intelligence that enhances financial reporting and drives change.
- Assist in the preparation of forecast and annual operating plan models.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams.
- Ensure full compliance with U.S. GAAP and financial standards.
Requirements
- Relevant experience, preferably in financial reporting with substantial systems knowledge.
- Power BI experience preferred.
- ERP experience essential; CPM experience preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical abilities, solid planning/organization skills, and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to identify problems and implement solutions.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to build strong professional relationships across functions.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in accounting and/or finance.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in financial statement analysis and presentation.
- University degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
