Financial Analyst

You will report to the Senior Financial Analyst while partnering with business units on planning and analysis that drive timely, data-supported decisions on resource effectiveness and allocation.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will help strengthen budgeting and forecasting through ongoing data collection, reporting, and variance support. You will also deliver financial insights that improve profitability through focused contribution margin analysis.

• Gather data from departments, update periodic reports, analyze statistical information, identify and correct errors, and evaluate report content to provide management with analyses that support decision-making
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, outside auditors, and other regulators
• Provide financial modeling, financial analysis, and valuation support as needed
• Support the annual budget preparation and facilitate the monthly budget variance process

What you’ll bring

• MBA in Finance or Economics or Accounting
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in high growth companies in a similar position
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to apply them during job assignments
• Experience in financial planning, financial modeling, financial analysis, and business unit budgeting and reporting
• Experience implementing and using an enterprise-wide planning tool
• Experience managing and enhancing an effective budgeting and forecasting process in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
