Job Description

You will support financial decision-making in a fast-paced healthcare environment while partnering across teams to improve processes, reporting, and business performance.

What you’ll do

  • Support the month-end close process
  • Provide support to field operations and collaborate with internal departments on process improvements
  • Assist with forecasting and budgeting across company operations
  • Create and analyze key reports and dashboards to support leadership decisions
  • Analyze operational metrics and generate recommendations based on findings
  • Support business performance management through analysis and reporting
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of related experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently

Tools and technologies

Work with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, plus SQL and Power BI.

Preferred background

  • Familiarity with SQL and Power BI
  • Experience manipulating large data sets
  • Cross-functional reporting exposure, including recruiting, HR, and operational statistics

Compensation and benefits

USD 65,000 - 95,000 per year
