Financial Analyst 3 (Korean bilingual)

Intac Solution is hiring a Financial Analyst 3 (Korean bilingual) to support marketing profitability analysis, MDF forecasting and reporting, and financial planning activities onsite in Plano, TX.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing programs using profitability, ROI/KPI metrics, historical performance, and strategic growth objectives to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and allocate marketing and promotional budgets aligned to business goals and expected ROI.
• Own and improve Market Development Fund (MDF) processes, including budget tracking, data management, internal communication, and variance analysis.
• Consolidate monthly and annual MDF forecasts by account and product category to support financial planning.
• Track marketing program performance, spending trends, and financial results to identify cost optimization and profitability improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and publish daily, bi-weekly, and monthly financial reports covering MDF utilization, budget status, forecast accuracy, key financial metrics, and channel spending.
• Perform financial and operational analyses, including P&L performance, revenue and expense forecasting, and evaluations related to investments.
• Build financial models, spreadsheets, charts, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives using factors such as profitability, financial risks, ROI, and overall business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, or related functions.
• Strong capability in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Solid understanding of financial and general accounting principles, financial reporting, and business performance metrics.
• Experience managing budgets, tracking expenditures, and performing variance analysis.
• Ability to consolidate and analyze complex financial information from multiple data sources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint for financial reporting and management presentations.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and show initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and presenting financial recommendations to senior management.
