Financial Analyst I - Ambulatory Administration

Christus Health is seeking a Financial Analyst I to support regional financial management through CHRISTUS standard systems. In this onsite role in Irving, TX, you will help produce routine and ad hoc reporting that informs management decisions, with an emphasis on service line utilization, cost, profitability, and supporting business statistics.

You will work within established reporting processes to connect data from financial reporting systems to the CHRISTUS Health Information System used for financial and clinical operations. The position also includes assistance with budget preparation and related analytical support for regional initiatives and ongoing reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce routine daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports to support management information needs, including service line utilization, cost, profitability, and business statistics for volumes
• Assist with reporting and analysis tasks as needed, including budget preparation and analysis, regional initiatives, and support for financial statement and monthly report preparation
• Support CHRISTUS development, rollout, and deployment of budgetary and financial and operational information systems
• Relate and align data from the reporting systems to the CHRISTUS Health Information System for both financial and clinical operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)

• Schedule: 8AM - 5PM, Monday-Friday
