Responsibilities

• Examine large spend datasets with internal tools to surface trends, risks, and opportunities
• Assess financial transactions and supporting documentation for policy alignment
• Present findings to clients and address questions with clear, professional communication
• Maintain and organize client data, reports, and deliverables for accuracy and easy access
• Map supplier categories and lines of business within spend data
• Perform investigative analyses to uncover patterns, anomalies, and potential issues
• Quality assure reports and audit outputs
• Prepare and curate datasets for analysis, including data intake, validation, and processing
• Maintain client-specific configurations within internal software tools
• Assist in coordinating customer training sessions and communications
• Help upload, test, and validate data within the Minerva AI platform
• Contribute to improving internal processes and tools through feedback and testing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or related field preferred
• 2 to 7 years of Financial Data Analyst experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Excel including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas; willingness to learn more advanced skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Curious mindset with a drive to investigate and understand data
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information

Work Environment & Logistics
