Job Description

Based onsite in Chicago, IL, this Payments Sales role focuses on growing business from under-penetrated clients by delivering cash management, payments, FX, receivables and blockchain-related solutions within a consultative, client-led framework. The position carries a salary range of USD 95,000 to 125,000 per year and requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with at least five years of related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with GCB bankers and Payments colleagues to jointly generate new profitable business from prospective and existing clients.
  • Achieve defined sales and financial performance targets for the Payments business.
  • Assess clients' goals, environments, strategies, and industry trends to accurately determine requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for JPMorgan Payments across cash management, receivables, trade, international payments and liquidity solutions.
  • Present JPMorgan's innovation strategies and product offerings to clients.
  • Oversee client visits and ongoing contact, advancing sales through regular meetings that cover new products and market developments.
  • Collaborate with the coverage team to expand existing business with current clients, providing feedback to product managers and creating cross-sell opportunities by sustaining cross-line relationships.
  • Engage senior and strategic levels across JPMorgan Payments Solutions and client teams to deliver integrated treasury solutions in a consultative, client-driven manner.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of treasury services, payments, receivables and FX products.
  • Minimum five years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Strong relationship-building, creative problem solving and solutioning abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong time management skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance and KYC processes.
  • Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and awareness.
