Financial Planner 3+ Years Experience

Based in Flagstaff, AZ, Babb Financial Group seeks a Financial Planner with 3+ years of advisory experience to join onsite in a collaborative, team-focused environment. This full-time role offers a competitive $100,000 to $150,000 per year and a benefits program designed to support growth, stability, and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with an existing client base
• Support onboarding of new clients into our process
• Collaborate with the team to deliver comprehensive financial planning and coordinated tax strategies
• Provide guidance on financial planning and investment management topics
• Partner with outside professionals such as CPAs and attorneys when needed
• Ensure follow-through so clients experience clarity, organization, and peace of mind

Requirements

• CFP® certification preferred; other designations/license (JD, CFA, CPA) valuable
• Licenses: Series 65 and Life/Health Insurance
• 3+ years of advisory experience
• Outgoing, personable, strong communicator, detail-conscious, and team-oriented
• Growth-oriented, collaborative mindset, eager to advance
• Education: Bachelor's degree
