Financial Service Representative

The Financial Service Representative role at First National Bank Texas focuses on delivering timely, courteous customer support while helping assess needs, recommend appropriate products, and manage day-to-day banking service activities. The position also includes cash operations and support for commercial teller services, with accountability for assigned monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly service to all customers.
• Assess customer financial needs and recommend relevant products and services.
• Conduct business development visits to promote the bank’s services and products.
• Assist customers with banking and financial needs.
• Maintain current knowledge of products, fees, policies, and current offers to support accurate recommendations.
• Perform cash handling duties and adhere to proper balancing procedures.
• Support the achievement of assigned monthly targets.
• Operate the cash vault in accordance with established policy and procedures.
• Balance the ATM and coin machine.
• Assist customers through the commercial teller window.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance and punctuality.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time depending on branch location.
• Schedules are prepared based on business need and may change at any time.
• Ability to operate a computer and other office machinery.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
