Manage recruiting, coaching, and investment oversight for a financial services and life insurance organization in Peachtree Corners, GA (onsite).

Recruit, train, coach, and develop financial services professionals and Staff Managers to support individual and agency performance
Oversee registered representatives’ investment activities and support adherence to applicable regulatory and organizational requirements
Develop and implement representative-specific community-based marketing and business development strategies
Build talent and business pipelines through professional networking, community engagement, and effective use of social media platforms
Set performance expectations, monitor results, and provide ongoing coaching to support sales and organizational goals
Maintain a customer-focused, ethical, accountable, and results-driven team environment

Active Series 26 license required
Active Series 6 or Series 7 license required
Active Life and Health Insurance licenses required
Proven leadership experience in life insurance, financial services, wealth management, or a closely related environment, including recruiting, coaching, and developing sales professionals
Strong business acumen and leadership skills, including communication, networking, relationship-building, and results-driven execution
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience

$100,000 base salary plus approximately $40,000 bonus potential (anticipated total compensation approximately $140,000)
