Management Advancement Program- Financial Professional

Accelerate your path to management with New York Life in Reno, NV. This hybrid Fast Track Management Program is designed for Financial Professionals who want to build hands-on experience and transition into an Associate Partner role focused on recruiting and developing a team. The program targets movement into management within 12 months, with structured training support along the way.

As you progress, you will enroll in an intensive six-month Associate Partner Training Program built to develop your skills and prepare you for success as a manager. After meeting program requirements, participants transition into the Associate Partner role.

Responsibilities

• Begin as a financial professional to gain hands-on experience.
• Transition into management as an Associate Partner once program requirements are met.
• Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals.
• Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive six-month program that prepares you for success as a manager.

Requirements

• MBA completion within the previous 24 months.
• Prior management or business owner experience.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Life and Health License
• FINRA registrations, including Series 6 or 7 and Series 63
• Previous sales experience
