Marketing Associate Manager - Financial Services

Best Buy is seeking a Marketing Associate Manager to support financial services marketing efforts tied to alternative payment solutions and gift cards. In this hybrid role based in Minneapolis, MN, you will help drive integrated campaign execution from early planning through launch, coordinating approvals, creative inputs, and day-to-day workflow. The position supports ongoing improvements by applying performance insights and testing results to future marketing plans.

Role Overview

• Supports integrated marketing campaigns for alternative payment solutions and gift cards, coordinating approvals, creative assets, and campaign execution from concept through launch.
• Works in a hybrid arrangement, with some days on-site and other days virtual.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, paid media, and in-store channels.
• Manage gift card promotions and related marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
• Coordinate campaign approvals with legal, compliance, and business partners.
• Partner with creative teams and agencies to develop marketing assets.
• Maintain campaign calendars, trackers, and execution workflows to support timely launches.
• Use performance insights and testing results to improve future campaigns.

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing or campaign execution experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing campaigns from planning through launch.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or retail marketing.
• Experience with buy now, pay later (BNPL) products.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with campaign testing and optimization.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation, Location, and Schedule

• Location: Minneapolis, MN (hybrid).
• Salary: USD 71,800 to 128,150 per year.
• Position type: Full time.
• Hybrid work arrangement: Some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on the posting and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
