OneStream Financial Data Analyst

Jefferson Wells is recruiting for a contract OneStream Financial Data Analyst to support a large enterprise client through a financial systems transformation. The role centers on validating, reconciling, and analyzing data as the organization migrates from HFM to OneStream, with a go-live planned for August 2026. Based in Rochester Hills, Michigan, the position offers a hybrid work arrangement and an hourly rate of USD 65.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data flows between source systems and OneStream to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Perform detailed data reconciliations and tie-outs across HFM, OneStream, and supporting schedules.
• Identify, investigate, and document data discrepancies or process gaps.
• Support validation activities once consolidations are enabled, ensuring results align with expected financial outcomes.
• Provide ad hoc financial data analysis and reporting support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in financial systems, data analysis, or financial consolidation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex data analysis and reconciliation.
• Experience analyzing and validating large, complex financial data sets.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain findings to business and technical stakeholders.
