Job Description
Infosys is seeking a PeopleSoft Finance Technical Principal Consultant to support PeopleSoft Financials with strong technical depth and customer-focused issue resolution. This onsite role is based in the United States, with availability for relocation and/or travel to client and project locations.

In Washington, DC: $106,000 to $147,500
Responsibilities
- Address user issues and troubleshoot technical problems end to end.
- Manage tickets and product service requests, including performing any needed configuration updates.
- Collaborate with customer process consultants and subject matter experts (SMEs) to support delivery.
- Conduct root cause analysis when required and recommend improvements to business processes.
- Perform root cause identification and analysis, then recommend solutions for complex issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) from an accredited institution. Progressive specialty experience may be considered in lieu of education: three years of progressive experience per year of education.
- Position location: Anywhere in the USA. May require relocation and/or travel to client/project sites.
- U.S. persons only, as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (includes U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, and certain refugees/asylees).
- 11 years of Information Technology experience.
- Demonstrated experience with PeopleTools development, including PeopleCode, App Engine, CI, and SQR, with IB experience.
- Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Finance with experience across 2 or more modules from: AP/PO/AR/BI/PC/CA/GL/AM/TR.
- Strong data migration and carve-out extraction using SQL, DMS, and ETL.
- Strong knowledge of system integrations and batch scheduling using workload automation tools (Autosys preferred).
- Experience testing integrations with external and internal systems.
- Ability to redesign and separate integrations using Integration Broker.
- Solid Oracle/SQL skills, including cloning, tuning, backups, and data security.
- Issue resolution and root cause identification/analysis with the ability to recommend solutions for complex issues.
- Good understanding of software engineering practices and support processes.
