Job Description

Experis is hiring a Senior PeopleSoft Developer (100% remote) to support Finance Lead to Cash initiatives within the Finance Systems team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft technical solutions that support Contracts, Billing, Revenue, and Project Costing, with a focus on integrations, batch processing, and production support.

Role focus

This position centers on delivering reliable PeopleSoft functionality for Finance Lead to Cash processes. You will work across customizations and technical components, addressing defects and performance issues while also supporting transaction analysis and unit testing through SIT/UAT.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, troubleshoot, and support PeopleSoft technical solutions for Finance Lead to Cash, including customizations, integrations, batch processing, and data movement.
  • Build and enhance PeopleSoft functionality supporting Contracts, Billing, Revenue, and Project Costing.
  • Develop and support Integration Broker services, interfaces, and related components to enable inbound and outbound data flows.
  • Review existing custom code and configurations, then implement modifications to resolve defects, improve performance, and manage downstream transaction impacts.
  • Provide production support by debugging issues, performing transaction analysis across PeopleSoft modules, and supporting unit testing through SIT/UAT and defect resolution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience.
  • Strong experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, and SQL / PeopleSoft data model.
  • Technical experience supporting Contracts, Billing, Project Costing, and Revenue.
  • Experience building and troubleshooting inbound and outbound integrations.
  • Strong debugging and production support skills, including understanding cross-module transaction dependencies and downstream impacts.
