Responsibilities

• Leverage your senior retail finance experience to design advanced training prompts and scenarios grounded in real-world retail finance and strategic planning workflows
• Assess AI-generated answers for accuracy and applicability to practical financial planning and analysis
• Deliver structured written feedback to guide model improvements
• Perform tasks on a flexible, as-needed basis with no fixed schedule or minimum hours

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of senior retail finance leadership experience, with roles such as Finance Director, VP of Finance, or CFO
• Hands-on experience with long-range financial planning and budget variance analysis workflows
• Excellent written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote asynchronous environment
