Job Description

Senior Associate role in Wilmington, DE (onsite) supporting PXT Transformation & Governance within PXT Planning & Analysis, partnering with Finance & Business Management to standardize processes and drive improvements in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Guide finance teams in forecasting and budgeting PXT expenses, promoting consistent methodologies and adherence to standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to synchronize budget timelines, inputs, and requirements; ensure timely resolution of open items and escalate when necessary.
  • Build and maintain subject-matter expertise in PXT planning and reporting processes and related tooling; serve as a primary resource for questions, triage, and sharing best practices across the community.
  • Leverage various financial tools to help PXT teams structure data for accurate insights; partner with stakeholders to improve data quality and usability.
  • Lead transformation efforts such as simplifying processes, standardizing workflows, automating tasks, strengthening controls, and enhancing reporting; manage problem definition, solution design, stakeholder alignment, and rollout.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate needs into actionable solutions; define requirements, success metrics, and establish feedback loops.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive budget process documentation, controls, and guidance materials; keep content current, accessible, and actionable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum four years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on root-cause analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, audience-appropriate messages and materials.
  • Proven ability to drive change across multiple stakeholders without direct authority, manage resistance, and deliver sustainable process improvements.
  • Highly organized with strong program and process management skills; able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, tenacious and capable of working with a high degree of independence.
