Job Description
Senior Finance Analyst supporting Lockheed Martin's Skunk Works program, onsite in Marietta, GA.
Responsibilities
- Execute day to day execution of ADP Program Finance activities.
- Act independently in establishing and managing Performance Measurement Baselines.
- Analyze and reconcile actual costs.
- Develop Estimate at Complete (EAC).
- Conduct Earned Value analysis and determine appropriate Earned Value techniques.
- Perform variance analysis using various Enterprise toolsets.
- Conduct financial cost analyses including cost allocation, cost control, and preparation of reports and contractual deliverables.
- Assist with development and documentation of corrective action plans.
- Prepare analysis for presentation to various levels of leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience in the absence of a degree.
- Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) concepts and their application.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel.
- Financial analysis experience.
- Ability to work on site full time.
- US Citizen.
- DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain.

- Familiarity with SAP.
- Familiarity with Hyperion/ADAR.
- Experience developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion.
- Data analysis through self-developed queries.
- Familiarity with cost systems similar to Deltek Cobra.
- High degree of interpersonal skills interfacing with Senior Leadership, Control Account Managers, Program Management leads, and other Program Finance personnel across multiple sites.
- Experience presenting raw data in written and oral form for concise management reports.
- Experience with CPR/IPMR Reporting.
- Ability to lead and mentor less senior analysts.
- Experience working in a diverse, multi-disciplinary team.
- DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance.
