Senior Financial Analyst, Operations & Inventory

An interim Senior Financial Analyst is needed to support Operations through analytics, reporting, and inventory-related analysis. This onsite role in Chatsworth, CA partners closely with operational stakeholders and reports to the FP&A Manager, helping translate performance and operational data into actionable insights.

Role Overview

In this position, you will provide analytical support and business insights by monitoring performance, identifying trends, and producing reporting that improves visibility into operational outcomes. You will also assist with inventory planning and deliver ad hoc analysis and recommendations as requested by the FP&A Manager and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations to provide analytical support and business insights
• Develop and maintain reporting to monitor performance and identify trends
• Analyze business and operational data to support informed decision-making
• Assist with inventory planning and related analytical work
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, visibility, and analytical processes
• Communicate findings and recommendations to business partners
• Support the FP&A Manager with ad hoc analysis and reporting needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
• Experience working with business, financial, operational, or inventory data
• Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Experience in retail, inventory planning, FP&A, or operations analytics
