Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst, Store Finance Payroll P&L, supports FP&A for Store Labor Payroll costs across Victoria's Secret North America stores, totaling roughly 800 locations, with weekly reporting and analysis reported to the Manager of Store Finance, Payroll P&L. This onsite role is based in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, with a salary range of USD 86,800 to 117,600 per year.
Responsibilities
- Budget and forecast Store Payroll expenses for the organization, including but not limited to cost components across the store network.
- Perform weekly financial review and analysis of Store Payroll to identify opportunities to optimize costs and support sales and profit growth.
- Structure analyses and communicate key issues clearly and concisely to leadership teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Store Operations and other Victoria's Secret departments to align financial plans with operational needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners to drive alignment and accountability.
- Influence Stores leadership to act on profit-improving opportunities.
- Apply project management skills to manage multiple work streams concurrently.
- Lead special and ad hoc projects as needed, including sensitivity and what-if analyses.
- Manage key business reporting deliverables and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 3-5 years of relevant Finance or Accounting experience in a Retail environment.
- Advanced PC skills, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and executive presence.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple management levels.
- Adaptability to change and collaborative decision making.
- Excellent communication and team-building skills.
- Retail experience is a plus.
