Senior LPD Financial Team Lead

ICI Services is seeking a Senior LPD Financial Team Lead to support NAVSEA PMS 377 in Washington, DC. The role oversees the LPD program’s financial operations across all hulls and products, directing execution planning, funding management, and reconciliation, while contributing to budget exhibits and briefings that inform leadership. This position combines leadership with deep DoD/NAVSEA financial expertise to ensure disciplined program execution and transparent financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead for the LPD program, managing all LPD team members across hulls and financial products.
• Conduct execution planning and analysis, prepare funding documents, and track execution with reconciliation as required.
• Assist in developing analysis and justification material in support of budget exhibits; provide financial input for LPD briefings and reports.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of procedures and ensure the team adheres to LPD processes and procedures.

Requirements

• 10 years of professional experience.
• 10 years of DoD/DoN, specifically NAVSEA shipbuilding financial management experience and/or PPBE process.
• Supervisory experience and team management background.
• Familiarity with DoD/DoN financial policies and regulations.
• ERP experience and knowledge of budget cycle development.
• Knowledge or experience with DoD acquisition phases and DoN/NAVSEA shipbuilding programs.
