Sourcing & Procurement Associate Director - Financial Services

The CSI Companies is seeking an Sourcing & Procurement Associate Director - Financial Services to lead enterprise sourcing and contracting efforts across financial systems and financial services solutions. This contract role is based in Eden Prairie, MN with a hybrid work arrangement, focusing on category management, vendor selection, and procurement strategy development for complex technology and services.

In this position, you will manage end-to-end sourcing activities, negotiate contracts for financial and fintech vendors, and partner with internal teams to identify opportunities that improve processes and drive savings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and category management initiatives supporting financial systems and financial services platforms
• Negotiate contracts for financial software, payment solutions, treasury services, and financial technology vendors
• Drive vendor selection and execute RFx processes
• Develop procurement strategies that support finance and business operations
• Partner with internal stakeholders to uncover savings opportunities and process improvements
• Manage supplier relationships and oversee contractual performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience developing and executing category management and strategic sourcing strategies
• Proven experience leading complex negotiations and developing master agreements
• Strong vendor relationship management experience
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Ability to influence business partners and stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
