Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
5-7 years of related FP&A, brand finance, or commercial strategy experience.
Knowledge of GAAP and analytical concepts, along with familiarity with financial operating systems and processes.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; Tableau experience preferred.
Experience with Oracle EPM, Hyperion, or similar systems is a plus.
Strong communication and data storytelling abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
Ability to build strong relationships with business partners, including senior leadership.
