Job Description

The Sr. Financial Analyst in Cost Accounting is a senior-level role based in Reamstown, PA (onsite), supporting North America’s Finance organization with ongoing analysis that informs product cost performance, inventory control, and gross margin insights. This position focuses on recurring cost review, standardized reporting, and day-to-day cost accounting and inventory responsibilities while partnering with Operations and Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform recurring, detailed analysis of Cost of Goods Sold, inventory, and gross margin, including meaningful variance explanations.
  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting for Cost of Goods Sold and Plant Performance Measurements.
  • Own day-to-day activities for the cost accounting and inventory function and collaborate directly with Operations and the procurement team.
  • Manage headcount and related operational costs for the operations unit, ensuring changes align with performance goals.
  • Support annual budget and planning activities and help ensure the integrity of budgeting and forecasting for Cost of Goods Sold.

Required Qualifications

  • BS in Finance, Accounting, or a similar analytical discipline.
  • 3+ years of cost accounting or cost analyst experience in a standard cost manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of costing accounting and inventory accounting.
  • Hands-on experience with recurring transactions in OneStream and SAP (and/or a similar ERP system).
  • Working knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) reporting.

Location and Compensation

Location: Reamstown, PA (onsite)

Salary: USD 95,000 - 110,000 per year
