Job Description

The role is a remote Supply Chain Finance Analyst supporting Lockheed Martin’s CH-53K program. Based in Fort Worth, TX with remote capabilities, the position focuses on material cost reporting and the ongoing improvement of reporting tools and processes across Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance functions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Product Centers to align on the monthly estimated current cost (EAC) status, perform variance analysis, and identify related EAC risks and opportunities for the CH-53K program.
  • Investigate, validate, and document primary drivers behind monthly EAC changes, supported by contractual and financial system evidence.
  • Prepare and present concise EAC status updates, including drivers and risk/opportunity positions, at the monthly EAC Review with Supply Chain executive leadership.
  • Evaluate and integrate impacts of Over Target Approvals and Purchase Price Variance into EAC, supporting strategies to manage material costs.
  • Leverage MRP data to support material base forecasts for Long Range Plan, Annual Plan, and Monthly Outlooks.
  • Continuously assess tools and core processes to identify data or process gaps and develop solutions to close them.
  • Partner with Operations Finance, IT, and Data Analytics teams to implement process improvements, automate reporting, create Tableau dashboards, and drive digital transformation initiatives that improve efficiency and financial results.
  • Support other Supply Chain and Operations Finance initiatives, such as supplier claims and make/buy evaluations, and handle ad hoc requests as required.

Requirements

  • 15% travel expectation.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 8+ years of professional experience; or 6+ years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.
  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of financial concepts, operations and controls, and how business transactions translate into financial results.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; working knowledge of SAP (CES and P1S) and Sikorsky F&B tools (Hyperion, Tableau, etc.).

Security Clearance

None. There is a DD254 on the contract at the Secret level. From a hiring perspective, clearance would only apply if handling COMSEC or NATO materials. This position will not handle COMSEC to NATO materials.

Remote Work

Full-time remote telework: the selected candidate will work remotely full-time from a location outside a Lockheed Martin office. Occasional travel to a Lockheed Martin site may be required for periodic meetings.

Work Schedules

Lockheed Martin offers diverse schedules to provide flexibility. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over five days to condensed options, with additional paid time off benefits.

Schedule for This Position

4x10 hour days, three days off per week.

Compensation by Location

  • California, Massachusetts, New York: 103,700 – 179,860 USD annually. Salary reflects location, scope, responsibilities, experience, and education.
  • Other States: 90,200 – 159,045 USD annually. Final amount depends on location and candidate qualifications.
