Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis to inform decision-making, identifying root causes affecting performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to answer complex business questions, developing data-driven reports and financial models that facilitate senior-management communication.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to ensure report accuracy, flag incomplete or incorrect data, diagnose root causes, and implement fixes with rigorous standards.
- Support business review processes by analyzing financial data, drafting commentary, and supplying supporting details that outline risks, opportunities, and KPI variances.
- Create and maintain multi-variable financial reporting, translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders while building strong working relationships with business partners and managers.
