This role combines NetSuite systems support with financial data analysis to support the financial team and NetSuite users. The position is based onsite in Warren, MI and focuses on administration, reporting, data imports, and program finance analysis for aerospace mission programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle NetSuite administration tasks as needed, including creating workflows and managing system configuration.
- Edit and/or create new fields, lists, reports, and custom searches to support reporting needs.
- Troubleshoot system errors and provide support to NetSuite users.
- Perform CSV imports to move and maintain data within NetSuite.
- Delete specified records, including POs, invoices, bills, item receipts, quote tools, contract reviews, and requisitions.
- Pull data to populate Work In Progress (WIP) reports on a monthly basis.
- Partner with Program Managers to support Estimate at Completion (EAC) preparation.
- Assist with preparation of Monthly Operations Reviews.
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify causes of unexpected variances.
- Support Program Managers in development of milestones on new awards.
- Assist in building program budgets, forecasts, and modeling tools.
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to deliver accurate and timely information to management for decision-making.
- Support senior management with in-depth analysis.
- Assist in a new ERP implementation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a similar field.
- Three or more years of Program Finance or FP&A experience.
- Significant and direct NetSuite experience.
- Ability to obtain, maintain, and/or currently possess a security clearance.

Work Environment
The role is performed in an indoor, office environment with controlled temperature.
No adverse environmental conditions are expected.
Work Schedule and Travel
This is a standard work schedule. Overtime may be necessary to meet deadlines, support required travel, or address emergent conditions.
Travel may be required up to 10% of the time to other local entities within 20 miles or less.

Pay Rate and Benefits
