Accounting & Finance Manager

The Accounting and Finance Manager at Yutzy Woodworking operates on-site in Winesburg, Ohio, overseeing daily accounting while delivering strategic financial insight, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and bringing payroll in-house, reporting to ownership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
• Prepare and present monthly Profit & Loss statements
• Monitor costs, margins, and job profitability
• Support the budgeting process and financial forecasting
• Identify trends, issues, and opportunities within the numbers
• Bring payroll processing in-house and manage payroll activities
• Supervise employee benefits and related costs
• Improve and streamline accounting processes and workflows
• Coordinate with external CPA and accounting partners

Requirements

• Minimum two years of accounting experience (Required)
