Requirements

• Proven experience in auto finance management or dealership finance roles with a strong background in loan officer responsibilities.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills to foster trust and loyalty.
• Strong negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms for both the customer and dealership.
• Proficiency in financial software, credit analysis tools, and basic math skills including 10-key typing for quick data entry.
• Knowledge of automobile sales processes, deal structuring, and upselling techniques.
• Familiarity with loan processing procedures, contracts, TILA compliance, and title processing requirements.
• Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective communication to guide clients through complex financial decisions.
• Minimum 3 years of Automotive Finance Manager experience.
• Proven track record of success in product sales, finance penetration, and closing deals.
• Deep understanding of dealership finance, insurance practices, and compliance.
• Established connections with finance institutions (references required).
• Strong team management and training capabilities.
• Proficiency in dealership management software and digital product presentation.
• Notary license is a plus.
• In-person at the dealership located in the 15642 zip code; hours from 9am to 8pm.
