This onsite position in Dundalk, Maryland offers a highly performance-driven compensation range of $100,000 to $250,000 per year and requires a minimum of two years of automotive finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Offer and explain finance and protection products to customers
• Prepare financing packages and submit them to lenders
• Maintain strong relationships with lending partners
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and dealership guidelines and regulations
• Deliver a superior customer experience throughout the financing process

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of automotive finance experience
• Experience in a high-volume dealership is preferred
• Strong closing abilities and solid compliance skills
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Professional communication and a strong work ethic
