Automotive Finance Manager- Experience Required

Autos of Chicago is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join its dealership team in Arlington Heights, IL. This onsite role is focused on obtaining financing approvals, presenting and selling F&I products, structuring deals through RouteOne and lender portals, and maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory compliance while meeting monthly production expectations.

With a high-volume operation, established lender relationships, and a strong lead flow, the position supports a six-figure income potential for qualified candidates with prior automotive finance management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure financing approvals through banks, credit unions, and lending partners
• Present and sell F&I products, including service contracts, GAP, theft protection, maintenance plans, and other ancillary products
• Structure deals and submit applications using RouteOne and lender portals
• Ensure contracts, funding packages, and compliance documents are completed accurately
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new lenders
• Achieve monthly production and product penetration goals
• Collaborate with sales managers and sales staff to maximize deal profitability
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years Automotive Finance Manager experience
• Strong knowledge of RouteOne and lender programs
• Experience with DealerTrack DMS preferred
• Proven ability to sell F&I products
• Strong closing and customer service skills
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and funding procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Professional appearance and communication skills

Compensation and Work Location

• Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
