Responsibilities

• Oversee the F&I workflow from contract creation through funding
• Present financing, leasing, and insurance products clearly and ethically to customers
• Secure financing approvals via established lender relationships
• Structure deals to balance customer needs with dealership profitability
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all finance and lease documentation
• Sell F&I products including extended service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and protection products
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations and dealership policies
• Train and support sales staff on finance processes and product knowledge
• Monitor performance metrics, penetration rates, and funding timelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, product providers, and internal teams

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or F&I Manager
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and insurance products
• Proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license
