Automotive Finance Producer

Santa Barbara Honda seeks an Automotive Finance Producer to guide customers through financing, present F&I products, and collaborate with the sales team to deliver a smooth vehicle delivery experience for clients in Oxnard, California.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financing options, delivering clear, honest, and considerate guidance
• Structure deals and coordinate with lenders to identify the best fit for each buyer
• Present F&I products, including warranties, GAP, and insurance, in a consultative, low‑pressure manner
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless and memorable vehicle delivery

Requirements

• Experience in automotive F&I or related financial services
• CDK experience preferred, but not required
• People‑first approach with a focus on building lasting relationships, not just transactions
• Knowledge of credit, compliance, and deal structuring
• California DMV Salesperson license or the ability to obtain one
