Job Description

JW SPORT (USA) INC is seeking a full-time bilingual General Manager Assistant to support daily operations and provide financial management assistance. This onsite role in Irvine, CA involves bilingual document handling, meeting coordination, external partner communication, and support for business and data review.

Role Overview

The position supports the General Manager with administrative execution, financial management support, and business or data coordination. The candidate will manage Chinese and English documentation, coordinate meetings and action items, assist with business analysis tasks, and handle daily schedule and transportation arrangements, including translation during day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager with daily administrative tasks and cross-departmental coordination.
  • Support financial management activities, including expense management, budget tracking, and basic financial analysis.
  • Organize financial statements and business data, and assist management with business analysis and decision-making.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting notes and minutes, and follow up on key action items.
  • Support the development and implementation of company operational plans and key projects.
  • Prepare, translate, and manage Chinese and English documents, reports, and business emails.
  • Communicate and coordinate with external partners, including accountants, legal advisors, suppliers, and other service providers, and assist with reviewing related expenses.
  • Support the General Manager with daily schedule arrangements, transportation and driving arrangements, pick-up and drop-off needs, and provide verbal and written translation during daily activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above. A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in finance or accounting, with a solid understanding of basic financial processes and financial statements.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese, including strong speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills, with the ability to use both languages in daily work.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong execution capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills and professional work ethic, with attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems effectively, and take strong ownership of responsibilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with U.S.-China businesses or in cross-border business operations.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to handle basic transportation needs.
  • Experience with financial or office software such as QuickBooks (preferred).
  • Prior experience as a General Manager Assistant, Management Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role (preferred).
  • Experience handling daily administrative and business documentation, including preparing and reviewing commercial documents such as Proforma Invoices (PI) and contracts.
  • Experience following up on import processes and customs clearance.
  • Experience purchasing and managing office and company event supplies.
  • Experience maintaining and reconciling inventory records, sales reports, and financial data.
  • Experience providing other daily administrative and operational support tasks.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $5,000.00 per month
  • Salary Range: USD 5,000 - 5,000 per monthly
