Job Description
Corporate Financial Analyst position at Marsh McLennan Agency in White Plains, NY (onsite).
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development of annual budgets and monthly forecasts for all MMA National departments.
- Produce and circulate monthly financial performance materials to MMA National stakeholders.
- Analyze variances against prior periods, budgets, and forecasts as needed.
- Authorize expenditures for MMA National departments.
- Collaborate with Marsh Corporate, Marsh Tech and Marsh Risk to coordinate intercompany charges and allocations to MMA.
- During the annual budget cycle, lead the compilation and communication of MMA National allocated expenses to regional operations.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in business.
- Three to five years of experience in a dynamic, fast-moving finance role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, Oracle EPM or other database-driven applications.
- Comfort interfacing with senior-level executives on a frequent basis.

Compensation
- Salary: USD 69,400 - 121,400 per year.
