Defense Senior Specialist, Program Finance (Strong EVMS)

Pacific Technical Resources is seeking a Defense Senior Specialist, Program Finance in Herndon, VA (onsite). In this role, you will support multiple aerospace and defense programs while helping maintain Earned Value Management (EVMS) data integrity using COBRA and SAP. The position offers a salary range of USD 135,000 to 140,000 per year, along with benefits designed to support your day-to-day and long-term plans.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple defense programs and maintain EVMS data integrity using COBRA and SAP toolsets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Strong EVMS expertise
• Experience with COBRA and SAP
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of risk management, cost estimating, WBS, change management, and defense acquisition regulations

Preferred

• MBA or CPA
• Leadership development program experience
• Experience supporting high-visibility defense programs
