Dental Treatment & Financial Coordinator

Join Cameron Station Dental Care in Alexandria, VA as a Dental Treatment & Financial Coordinator supporting patients from first conversation through financial processing. This onsite role blends patient care coordination with efficient billing and coding, helping ensure treatment plans move forward with clarity and accuracy.

We offer competitive hourly pay of $20.00 to $30.00 and a full-time schedule of 40.0 hours per week in person. You will also be eligible for dental insurance, health insurance, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key connection between patients, dental providers, and insurance companies to support smooth treatment planning and accurate financial processing
• Assist patients in understanding their dental treatments and next steps, helping them feel confident throughout the process
• Support practice performance by using efficient billing and coding practices to optimize revenue

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dental Treatment & Financial Coordinator
• Experience with treatment presentation, patient follow-up, collections, and aging reports
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Open Dental experience preferred
• Must be local and live within a few miles of the Alexandria, VA office
