Director of Finance

The Director of Finance at Apache Casino Hotel leads financial operations, planning, risk analysis, and treasury management in partnership with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct corporate accounting to ensure compliance with IAS and applicable regulations.
• Steer the annual financial planning cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategy development.
• Perform risk assessments to identify potential financial exposure and craft mitigation plans.
• Oversee treasury activities, including liquidity management and investment strategies.
• Lead account reconciliation to maintain accurate and reliable financial data.
• Oversee general ledger reconciliations to ensure precise financial reporting.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, encouraging continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial practices with organizational goals.
