Job Description
Onsite leadership opportunity in Gretna, Nebraska. The City of Gretna is seeking a Director of Finance to guide financial planning, operations, and the city’s fiscal health in support of sustainable growth and community goals. Responsibilities
- Direct the city’s financial activities to maintain and strengthen fiscal health.
- Develop forward-looking financial forecasts using modeling and projections to plan for a sustainable future.
- Design and implement innovative financial strategies that enable growth, development, and transformation.
- Partner with city leadership to define Gretna's financial roadmap for today and years to come.
- Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and trust across departments.
- Maintain financial stability while addressing community priorities.
