Finance Faculty

The University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Finance Faculty position starting August 15, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Teach finance coursework within the specialization.
• Maintain a teaching load of 12 credit hours per semester, covering fall and spring terms.
• Provide advising to finance students and actively pursue curricular initiatives to advance the finance program.
• Participate in continuing professional development to stay current in the field.
• Collaborate in service across the Pathway, throughout the University, and with the broader community.
• Support and advance the Catholic and Franciscan Mission of the University through teaching and service.

Requirements

• Specialization in Finance with demonstrated experience, success, and interest in offering finance curriculum.
• Master’s degree in finance or a related discipline is required.
• A terminal degree is preferred.
