Finance Manager

Finance Manager role based in West Palm Beach, FL, on-site, with Bee Access.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth through accurate accounting of financial and business transactions.
• Provide analytical, evaluative, and advisory support to improve decision-making.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger entries and cost accounting.
• Lead the month-end close process.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements; analyze and communicate variances.
• Manage or supervise vendor invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Produce data-driven reports and support the budgeting cycle.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
• Qualify and set up new customer accounts.
• Perform light HR duties as needed, including bi-weekly payroll.
• Assess internal controls and streamline procedures, implementing improvements as required.
• Communicate effectively across the organization and uphold the company mission and values.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, highly preferred.
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
• Strong problem solving, analytical thinking and understanding of business impact.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with vendors, operations, sales and cross-functional teams.
• Highly ethical, positive cultural addition, self-motivated.
