Finance Manager

At Lutron Electronics Co., Inc., the Finance Manager will guide financial analytics, forecasting, and reporting for its global organization that serves diverse sales channels. The role partners with business leaders to influence decision-making and owns core commercial finance processes. This is an onsite opportunity based in Coopersburg, PA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial forecasting and budgeting processes for Lutron’s Commercial Business
• Manage the monthly reporting cycle, including variance analysis and the preparation and delivery of presentations
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify and track KPIs that analyze performance and improve forecasting
• Conduct ad hoc analyses for strategic projects, planning, or other special situations
• Prepare margin analyses and profitability assessments
• Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, financial processes, and analytical capabilities across the Commercial Business
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior and executive leadership with confidence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred study areas include Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in financial analysis
• Experience in a multinational environment with an understanding of foreign exchange and international finance preferred
• Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, preferred
• Proficiency with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau, preferred
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems like SAP or building data analytics tools is a plus
