Finance Manager

imPRESSions Worldwide is hiring a Finance Manager for a hybrid role based in Burlington, WA. This hands-on position owns the day-to-day finance function, partnering closely with the company’s in-house bookkeeper and outside accountant, and reporting directly to the company president.

In this role, you will manage core accounting activities, support month-end close and budgeting, and provide leadership with clear financial reporting and analysis. You will also help strengthen financial processes and internal controls to keep reporting accurate and decision-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
• Coordinate payroll
• Lead the month-end close, including reconciliations and reviewing the bookkeeper’s work
• Prepare and monitor the annual budget, tracking performance against plan
• Create regular financial reports and provide analysis for company leadership
• Collaborate with an outside accountant on tax, year-end, and other accounting matters
• Maintain and improve financial processes and internal controls

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of AP/AR, month-end close, and budgeting
• Experience with accounting software, including QuickBooks, plus advanced Excel skills
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (CPA a plus)
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work independently
• Clear communicator who can explain financial results to non-finance colleagues

Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: USD 90,000 - 125,000 per year
