Finance Manager / Controller

This onsite role in Lititz, PA leads financial planning, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cash management and related HR initiatives at Aero-Tech Services, Inc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Aero-Tech’s financial planning and reporting processes to support strategic decision making
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements with accuracy and timeliness
• Develop forecasts to inform budgeting and performance assessments
• Create and manage the annual budget in collaboration with leadership
• Manage cash flow and liquidity to support ongoing operations
• Lead HR initiatives including benefit administration, payroll, and handbook administration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, required
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial or accounting related position
• Proficiency with technology including MS Suite and accounting software, essential
