Job Description
Based in Seattle, this Finance Manager role supports Amazon's Global Prime Finance organization by partnering with Worldwide Prime leadership to drive pricing, monetization, and profitability decisions for Prime Benefits across 26 geographies. The position blends advanced financial analysis with cross-functional collaboration to shape pricing readiness, multi-year cash flow scenarios, and Go/No-Go pricing decisions at scale.
Responsibilities
- Pricing & Monetization Analytics — Lead country-level financial deep-dives for the Global Pricing Review (GPR), performing pricing readiness assessments, NPV modeling, and 3-year FCF scenario analyses to guide pricing decisions across 26 geographies. Partner with country Prime and Finance teams to develop and stress-test price point recommendations before senior leadership review.
- Monetization Reviews — Build financial models and narratives for quarterly and ad hoc monetization reviews, quantify the incremental impact on Prime members, GMS, and Operating Income from pricing changes. Support go-to-market planning and post-launch reporting through Day 30 and Year 1+ phases.
- OP Planning Support — Model sizing for OP1/OP2 initiatives within the Benefits, Pricing & Constructs portfolio, estimating incremental Prime members, GMS, and CPLF/Operating Income impacts. Partner with the Senior Finance Manager to prioritize and present to VP/SVP audiences.
- Ad Hoc Analytics & Decision Support — Respond to senior leadership requests with rigorous data-backed analysis. Create and maintain financial metrics, reports, and mechanisms that measure and improve the value provided by Prime. Participate as the financial voice in cross-functional sessions with Prime product, tech, legal, and country teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field, or CFA, plus 5+ years identifying and implementing opportunities to resolve finance issues, improve, scale, or simplify finance tools, technology, and processes across teams and organizations.
- 5+ years of experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field.
- 5+ years of experience dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy.
- 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.
- 5+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience.

About the Team
The WW Prime Benefits, Pricing & Constructs Finance team is the primary financial partner to the Prime Pricing & Benefits business, shaping what Prime costs, what it includes, and how it grows profitably across 26 geographies. We collaborate closely with WW Prime leadership, International and US Stores Finance, and country Prime and Finance teams to deliver rigorous financial analysis on Amazon's highest-stakes decisions.
Our work is regularly reviewed at VP and S-Team levels. We partner directly with the WW Prime Benefits, Pricing & Constructs business team, including product and tech leaders owning 1P benefits, 3P benefits, Savings & Rewards, Value Communications, and Tech. The team is small and high-impact, operating at the intersection of retail, digital, and consumer subscription economics. This role places you at the table to influence key decisions shaping the future of the Prime program.
