Job Description

The Finance Manager, Product ARR role supports corporate FP&A by owning forecasting, reporting, and analytics for product-level subscription performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product ARR forecasting, analysis, reporting, and scenario planning
  • Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams on Product ARR questions, analyses, and insights
  • Build executive-ready materials, including presentations, and run ad-hoc analysis for special projects
  • Manage and report ARR-related KPIs using visualizations for executives and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain the product ARR Tableau dashboard
  • Partner with Data Analytics and other teams to support the accuracy of financial data

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field required
  • MBA is a plus
  • 6 to 8+ years of experience in an investment bank, management consulting firm, and/or a high-growth private or public technology company in a finance, strategy, or sales ops role
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS finance and accounting metrics, including ACV bookings, ARR, churn/contraction, and dollar retention rates
  • High analytical aptitude for complex problem-solving and financial modeling
  • Self-starter mindset with comfort driving work forward with minimal direction
  • Superior attention to detail, with consistent accuracy in deliverables
  • Strong communication skills for translating financial concepts to both financial and non-financial audiences
  • Experience working with big data, including extracting value from large, disconnected and/or unstructured datasets
  • Complete proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Tableau, Adaptive Insights, and NetSuite
  • Proven experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency and business outcomes

Compensation & Location

  • Salary range: USD 152,000 - 274,000 per year
  • Location: Sunnyvale, CA (onsite)
