Job Description

Financial Advisor role in Southlake, TX focused on client-first planning, fiduciary standards, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

  • Build tailored financial strategies covering retirement, investments, tax planning, and estate needs to support clients’ financial and life goals.
  • Manage client portfolios on an ongoing basis, including providing timely recommendations and maintaining integrity and transparency.
  • Organize and lead community events, seminars, and prospect meetings to build trust and strengthen client relationships.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to improve the client experience and stay current on industry trends.
  • Serve as a licensed fiduciary, prioritizing clients’ best interests while maintaining strict compliance and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • 2–10 years of experience as a licensed financial advisor (minimum 2 years required).
  • Hold a Series 65 license (or a Series 7 and 66 equivalent).
  • Ideally have a Life & Health Insurance license.
  • Open to candidates with or without an existing book of business.
  • Proactive approach with insight and motivation to help others achieve financial clarity and freedom.
  • Strong technical capability combined with a genuine commitment to service.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial topics, develop authentic client relationships, and consistently lead with integrity.
  • Value collaboration, align with the firm’s mission and values, and pursue personal and professional growth.
