Job Description

On-site, part-time Financial Analyst role in Altamonte Springs, FL supporting finance, operations, and growth for a current University of Central Florida student or recent graduate. You will contribute to financial modeling, reporting, forecasting, data analysis, and KPI tracking, with direct exposure to leadership and opportunities to develop essential skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports
  • Forecast for annual operating plan and business planning
  • Analyze data across markets, trades, and customers
  • Support operational problem solving
  • Build and maintain financial models for revenue, margin, and forecasting
  • Assist with monthly business reviews and KPI tracking
  • Analyze job-level profitability, labor trends, and purchasing data
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting for FY26 AOP and beyond
  • Work with large datasets; advanced Excel required, Power BI a plus
  • Identify issues and bring practical solutions, not just observations

Requirements

  • Current student or recent graduate of the University of Central Florida, pursuing Finance or Accounting
  • Strong Excel skills with fluency in formulas and pivots
  • Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
  • High ownership mindset with a low ego
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Willing to be in-office and actively engaged with the team
  • Demonstrated work ethic and readiness to contribute beyond standard hours
  • Purchasing and/or ServiceTitan experience preferred
  • Residence in the Orlando, FL area
