Job Description

Hybrid role in Irvine, CA supporting a business unit with financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. Join a team where you’ll partner with managers and leadership, contribute to reporting and modeling, and help improve processes across month-end activities, audit readiness, and ERP-related initiatives.

Compensation: USD 95,000 - 115,000 per year. The position may also include discretionary bonuses, depending on business and organizational factors.

Tools you’ll use: Excel, SAP FI/CO, and ERP systems.

What you’ll do

  • Analyze financial results, trends, and variances to surface risks and opportunities.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting.
  • Develop financial models and perform scenario analyses.
  • Provide detailed analysis of sales, margins, expenses, capital expenditures, and cost center spending.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.
  • Assist with audits, SOX compliance activities, and ERP-related projects.
  • Drive process improvements focused on reporting efficiency.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance (required).
  • Strong financial analysis, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to present insights to leadership.
  • Advanced Excel skills (required).

Preferred background

  • Experience in manufacturing.
  • SAP FI/CO experience.
  • Exposure to SOX compliance and external audits.
  • Public accounting background with strong analytical skills.
